Sweet

I bought a couple new Cricut cartridges this past weekened and couldn't wait to try one out.  I wanted to use the Cupcake, but didn't feel like making cupcakes..so...I did a layout.  The design under the circle is the cupcake wrapper.  As a friend said...''this cartridge should have been called-More than A Cupcake"

This reminds me of a snowglobe without the snow..lol

Cuttlebug Challenge-Wedding

Here is a card I made for this weeks challenge at Cuttlebug Challenge.  All week the fantastic design team has been awing viewers with their wedding projects, so I thought I'd jump right in and have some fun with a couple new embossing folders I bought today at Stampfest.  The card was stamped with my new folder, Poka Dots.  Swiss Dots is my favorite, so it's no wonder that this had to be in my stash.  Once I embossed the white vellum with Scrollwork (another new folder), I attached a solid white cardstock so that I could cut out the center for both; for that I used a Nestability. I was then able to pop dot this on top of the Poka Dots and achieved the looked I was trying to get. Using my printer, I typed Always and Forever and cut that with a Nestability.  Again, using pop dots, I centered it on top of the Poka Dots. After that, it was a matter of decorating.

What I've been working on

Here are three layouts I did for challenges at Have Your Way With Paper.  Stop by, join in and you too can take part in our fun and creative challenge!!
Isn't my little grandson a cutie!!! Oh I love him so...sorry, back to my scrappage..lol
This challenge was given by Erin, one of my fellow design team members.  She wanted texture and I rememberd I had a Fiskars texturing tool.

Another of Erin's challenge was to do a layout without any printed papers!!..

Krissy, one of our owners, had several challenges using ideas from the TV show Glee.  Taking my inspiration from the photo of the Lady Gaga outfits this is what I did.  Kim is married to Joe G. Stop by Have Your Way With Paper and see if you can spot the costume I worked with.

June SWARM

Yep, heading out to another SWARM hosted by our sweet Miss Betty Bee!!..Our theme this month is Round Up and what better time to think red/white and blue.  I made a name tag and table placecard; just need to add the name.

This is Lanni, a digital stamp by Toni Walters

I was so excited to get my papers that I couldn't wait to do something with them!!..Along with these cool "claire' papers, I received some matching brads. All papers are 'Claire' except the frame under the photo; for that I used Coredinations.

Stop by Have Your Way With Paper to see what our design team has done with the kits they received.  Products use: SEI, Prima, Coredinations, Martha Stewart, Cricut (Child's Year), countertop sample chip from Home Depot
